About

With over two decades in the travel industry, I co-founded Romania’s first online travel agency, Paravion, in 2005. Post-exit in 2010 and merging with Happy Tour, I led Online, Marketing and ERP of the group. Roles in industry associations followed, along with managing acquisitions and ventures for Christian Tour Group and Memento Holding. My latest venture is hotel management, partnering with Millennium Tour Corporate Management , founding RV Travel Consulting in 2019 and Cara Hotels Greece in 2021.

RV TRAVEL CONSULTING is a professional and independent operator of hotels in Romania and Greece, new construction projects and existing properties. We look for existing hotels, holiday hotels and resorts, city hotels and development opportunities for construction projects and guarantee the management or lease of the hotel business.

2005

My early years were dedicated to the online travel sector. In 2005, I co-founded Paravion, Romania’s pioneering online travel agency, alongside partners from Millennium Tour. The year 2010 marked our transition as Paravion merged with Happy Tour under a growth initiative led by GED, an international Private Equity group.

2010-2012

In addition to my role as Deputy Managing Director at Paravion, I oversaw the Marketing and ERP Department at Happy Tour Group. Serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Travel Agencies in 2011, I was later reelected in 2013, also taking on the role of Coordinator of the Information & Technology Commission.

2011

I was elected member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Travel Agencies and Coordinator of Information & Technology Commission, being reelected in 2013

2014

Following Paravion’s acquisition in September 2014 of Bavul.com, an OTA launched by Turkcell – the leading mobile operator in Turkey, the coordination of the new brand’s activities fall also within my primary responsibilities

2015-2016

I was acting as Vice President of ANAT and Interim President of ANAT.

2017

In September 2017 I have joined Memento Group Holding BV, managing the online, hotel and transport business.
Memento Group consists of the following companies :Memento Travel Services Spain, Memento Hotels, Memento Transport Holding, MementoBus, Central Bus Station Bucharest, Christian Tour (Romania, Poland,Serbia,Hungary,Moldova).

2019-2020

Between March 2019 and July 2020 I was Managing Director at Go Travel – SunMedair Group.
The company leads 2 branches in 2 countries (Romania and Moldova), from Bucharest and Chisinau. Over 320 active corporate clients trust their travel with Go Travel, on local, regional and global levels, all managed through roughly 60 highly-skilled, senior travel management consultants.

2020

On October 1, 2020, together with @Madalin Mancila and our colleagues from Millennium Tour Corporate Management we have launched a new business line of MTCM, hotel asset solution provider, offering a wide range of services to hotel owners, both institutional and private investors, with an aim to assist them achieve use optimization and value appreciation of their hotel assets. Our portfolio includes: Casa Muntelui Fundata, Casa Braneana Bran, Vila Carina Bran, Club Equinox Corbu. We are excited to continue growing our portfolio and providing our clients with the best possible services.

2021

 I have launched another project, founding Cara Hotels Greece. This company leases and operates apart-hotels and villas in Corfu like: Fotini Studios, Miltos Studios, Villa Cara, Thalassa Studios and Villa Athina. We welcome more than 12,000 tourists to our properties each year.
